Who is Tiffany?

Tiffany Hartley-Owens believes that survival always carries a purpose bigger than the moment itself, and her life is proof of it. A wife, mother, real estate investor, and author living in northern Colorado, Tiffany has spent the last four years building a successful investment business while walking out her calling as a writer and speaker.

Her memoir, Beyond the Waters of Falcon Lake: Turning Unimaginable Pain into Hope, Healing, and Lasting Impact, tells the story of how God carried her through tragedy into a life of hope and restoration. Tiffany speaks on resilience, purpose, and recognizing God's protection even in the deepest grief.

She's raising her daughter in Colorado and looking forward to the day she can dance with her again, trusting God for full healing in her body.

The book

Beyond the Waters of Falcon Lake

Turning Unimaginable Pain into Hope, Healing, and Lasting Impact

This is the story the cameras never got. It is about what happened that day on the water, and it is about the sixteen years that followed. It is written for anyone who has survived something they did not choose to survive, and who is not sure what they are supposed to do with the life they still have.

It publishes on September 30, 2026, sixteen years to the day since I lost David. That is not a coincidence.

Available September 30, 2026

Speaking

Bring Me to Your Audience

Tiffany has been speaking in front of rooms since she was eight years old, and her held herself together in front of every national network four days after her husband was killed. What she offers an audience now is not the story of the worst day of her life. It is what sixteen years on the other side of it actually taught her, and how any of us keeps going when the answers never come.

Tiffany speaks to corporate and association audiences, churches and women's retreats, grief and bereavement organizations, first responder programs, and victim advocacy events.
